Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Cook’s Canvas, where beauty is baked with love and artistry is served fresh. To ensure every client receives the highest level of service, please review our booking guidelines below: 📅 Booking & Appointments • Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. • Same-Day or Last-Minute Serve: These bookings are subject to availability and may incur a rush fee. Please contact. • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be applied toward your final balance. • Final payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, and select digital payment options. ⏰ Late Arrivals • A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment may be canceled or shortened to avoid delays for other clients. • If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible. ❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a future appointment. • No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hour notice) will result in forfeiture of your deposit. 💼 Travel Services • Travel services are available for bridal, events. Travel requests for all other services will be evaluated on a case by case basis. An additional travel fee may be applied based on the distance/location. • Please inquire about availability and pricing when booking. • Cook’s Canvas, LLC Location: Will be provided once booked 🎁 Touch-Up Treats • Every Entrée Glam appointment includes a complimentary Glam To-Go Bag with essentials to keep your look fresh throughout the day. 💖 Respect & Experience • Cook’s Canvas is a safe, inclusive space that celebrates all skin tones, identities, and stories. • We ask that clients arrive with a clean face and positive energy • Please do not bring any guests unless they are being serviced • Location will be provided once booked
